🎨 Color Replacer
▸ How to use
  1. Click Pick & Replace Color below to activate the tool.
  2. Click anywhere on the image to set the source color (or paste a hex into the left field).
  3. Choose your target color with the color picker (or paste a hex into the right field).
  4. Pick a Mode:
     • Linear — flat-color icons (SVG-style)
     • Smart — perceptual LAB match with feathered edges; needed for white/black sources and AA logos
  5. Adjust Tolerance — higher = wider colour range matched.
  6. Click Apply Replacement. Use Ctrl+Z to undo.

▸ How to use
  1. Pick how many colors to extract (3–16).
  2. Click Extract Palette.
  3. Click any swatch to set it as the harmony base & copy its hex.
  4. Use → Replacer Src / Tgt to send the base color to the Color Replacer above.
  5. Pick an export format and Copy/Download the palette.
